Let us take the stress of caring for your spa off of you! Premier Pool & Spa offers a weekly spa maintenance package known as Just Soak. Below is a list of the inclusions. Weekly Spa Service:
- Complete weekly water test
- All Maintenance Chemicals – Chlorine, Balancers, Sequestering agents and filter aids as needed
- Clean spa interior surfaces weekly
- Vacuum spa bottom as needed
- Clean spa skimmer baskets
- Cartridge filters chemically cleaned as needed (customer must have 2 complete sets of filters for spa)
- Spa cover cleaned and protected as needed
- Monitoring of proper spa system operations
- Automatic scheduling of a follow-up stop same day or next day if spa isn’t 100% perfect
Two Drain/Clean/Refills per Year, or Spa Opening & Closing if spa is not open 52 weeks a year.
Standard Spa Start Up Details:
- Wipe down interior of spa
- Fill spa with Premier Pool & Spa’s proprietary 4 stage filtration system to ensure the cleanest source water possible
- Check for any leaks and tighten unions
- Test water and begin water balancing process
Standard Spa Closing Details:
- Drain spa
- Blow out spa lines
- Add anti-freeze to prevent damage to spa pipes and equipment
- Wipe down interior of the spa
Drain, Clean, Refill Details:
- Add Spa Flush and allow to circulate to clean interior plumbing and surfaces of spa
- Drain spa
- Wipe down interior of the hot tub
- Refill spa with Premier Pool & Spa’s proprietary 4 stage filtration system to ensure the cleanest source water possible
Test water and begin water balancing process
Please note, after the spa is opened/after drain, clean, refill is complete, the customer is responsible for adding water to the spa when water is needed, our technicians are strictly forbidden from adding water anytime other than when we are opening or doing a drain, clean, refill.
2022 Just Soak Pricing & Terms Details:
Just Soak 5-11 Months: $308 plus tax automatically charged to a card on file at the end of each month, or prepay for the # of months requested for a 5% discount, prepay with check for extra 2% discount for a total of a 7% discount. Note: 5 months is the minimum number of months that we offer.
Just Soak 52 Weeks: $269 plus tax automatically charged to a card on file at the end of each month, or prepay for the # of months requested for a 5% discount, prepay with check for extra 2% discount for a total of a 7% discount.
Please note: If you have a pool as well and are interested in signing up for the Just Swim Package for your pool in addition to the Just Soak package for your spa, there is a significant discount for the Just Soak package that applies, a custom quote can be created.

Premier Pools will make every effort to schedule a service call for diagnosis of any spa equipment issues or chemistry/clarity/cleanliness issues in three business days or less.
