It can sometimes be much harder to put into words what you are looking for than you realize. If you are looking for a part, take a picture of it and email it to us or bring it in on your phone, or even bring it with if possible. The more information you can supply about the part the faster and easier it is for us to find a replacement. Model numbers and brands can be especially helpful; look for words like Pentair, Hayward, Polaris, Zodiac, etc to help narrow down the manufacturer.
